From the teacher... I have a deep-rooted passion for lecturing. The idea that I can get others excited about the multidimensional world of horticulture really gives me a thrill. My life is so much richer because of naturethe more I learn about plants and how they play in this drama called life, the more I want to lecture and give demonstrations. The hands-on part is really appealing and the sources, techniques, and mediums are all out there to be shared.
Lecturing allows my soul to shine. I also love to take people on tours of gardens to help them see (not just look), but see all of the texture, color, and form that each plant offers and the pure wonder of how it all goes together. Lecturing throughout North Carolina for the last ten years remains a pleasure-filled experience for me. I will be offering lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on opportunities throughout the year. If you want to keep track of me, please e-mail me and I'll put you on my mailing list. I'd love for you to put me on your calendar. |
