There are times when life is just moving too fast and the only way to have a garden is with containers. Cheers to you! You have entered into the magic world of container gardening which allows instant gratification. Let's face it, there is a time and place for grand and wonderful gardens and a place for "right now color and texture". Put enough containers together and you have an incredible garden. The emphasis can either be on the container itself or the plants. Colorful containers can surround your residence or business from spring through winter or act as important accents throughout the garden. This is my all-time favorite element in the garden—you don't have to have land to have a great garden. With containers filled with the right color and form you will find that butterflies and hummers will find you. This is a fabulous way to learn about gardening... starting small can be a good thing. |
